My shipping fee is a flat $5 per order anywhere in New Zealand.
Computer Central makes every effort to deliver your products in a timely manner.
I use CourierPost or Fastways, as I have found them to be fast, efficient and deliver to all of New Zealand. I have used other couriers but they have not met the standards I have found with Courierpost and Fastways.
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2 business days – if your order is before 3pm you will usually get your order the next day. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products notification may be left requesting you to telephone the carrier to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
At Computer Central your complete satisfaction is my number one priority and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt replacement or credit. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, you have the right to a repair, replacement or a credit.
With my aim to providing the most convenient and hassle-free return policy. I have tried to make the returns procedure as simple as possible.
Customers who would like to return a product –
1. Exchange. If the product has been ordered incorrectly, I will offer to exchange it for another one. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange, although I may waive this requirement if I believe we have sold the product. Please note, products returned or exchanged must be in a condition suitable for resale with the packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.
2. Faulty goods may be returned at any time, we require information on the type of fault along with a serial number. Once this has been processed a credit will be issued.
