Ordering Goods
You must have an account with Computer Central to order. Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (excluding the delivery charges) specified on this site at the time you placed your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered on the current trading terms of Computer Central with payment before shipment. If for any reason the products you order are not available we will notify you within 2 working days via email.
Computer Central may change the prices published on this website at any time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices and information displayed on the Computer Central website, Computer Central reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We only accept orders from within mainland New Zealand.

Computer Central aims to include up-to-date pictures and specifications of all of the goods. However, our picture and/or description of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. Images are for illustration purposes only, actual product may differ.

Computer Central reserves the right to restrict sales quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Computer Central purchases include GST unless otherwise stated on a Product listing. GST number 10-717-957.

Computer Central always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.
Computer Central reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at any time.

Supply of Your Products
Subject to these Terms of Use, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

Delivery of Your Products
Computer Central makes every effort to deliver your Products according to the estimated delivery times provided.
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

You agree to indemnify and will keep Computer Central indemnified and its employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, directors, officers, managers and shareholders (the “Parties”) harmless from any damage, loss, or expense (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) against any claim or demand in connection with any third-party claim, demand or action (“Claim”) brought against any of the Parties alleging that you have breached any of these terms and conditions. If you have to indemnify Computer Central under this Section, Computer Central will have the right to control the defense, settlement, and resolution of any Claim at your sole expense. You may not settle or otherwise resolve any Claim without Computer Central’s express written permission.

You also agree to indemnify and will keep Computer Central indemnified against any claim, demand, injury, damage, loss, expense, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect) made against or suffered by Computer Central in connection with your use of this site, your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.

Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Computer Central will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss or damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with:

2. Goods or services supplied by Computer Central under these Terms of Use.
3. A failure or omission on the part of Computer Central to comply with its obligations under these
